Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Laura’s Health Foods delivers to most destinations around Australia. Deliveries to overseas destinations currently not available.

Delivery of Products within Australia use third-party shipping services that are effected using Australia Post.

Laura’s Health Foods shipping charges are fixed and based on the weight of your total order and the postal address.

Laura’s Health Foods will use reasonable endeavours to arrange dispatch of your Products within 2 working days of submitting the Purchase Order.

Expected delivery times are 3-5 working days within Australia. These expected delivery times are estimates only as provided by our third-party shipping services. During peak trading periods (e.g., Christmas), delivery times may vary slightly due to a high volume of orders. Laura’s Health Foods will not be liable to You for any loss or damage You suffer if the Product is not delivered within these timeframes.

Please keep in mind that once your order has been dispatched Laura’s Health Foods is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged orders. It is the customers responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the relevant shipping service to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchase. We will assist you in recovering an item to the best of our ability, however, we will not provide a replacement unless the item is returned successfully by the shipping service.


RETURNS

We do not accept refunds or exchange for any products unless we are required to do so under relevant laws, including the Australian Consumer Law with regard to products with major faults (e.g., product is out of its used by date). We will not refund or exchange products damaged through the shipping service as every care is taken to appropriately package products to necessary standards.

In the event that you believe that you are entitled to a refund or exchange, you must provide us with:

Your full name and address;

The original order number; and

The reason for claiming the refund or exchange.

You will not be entitled to a refund or exchange where you have simply changed your mind, so please choose products carefully.

We reserve the right to assess the condition with evidence of the item prior to offering a refund or exchange. You may be entitled to a refund or exchange equal to the cost of the item only.


Hot Weather Disclaimer

If over 35 degrees, we will hold orders and dispatch when temperature is below 35 degrees.


Food Allergy Warning

All of our products have been tested for food allergens with the various allergens identified on our labels - please read all our food labels correctly before consumption. Laura’s Health Foods will not be held liable for any adverse reaction to our products. All of our products are made in a facility that handles: Oats, Sesame Seeds, Peanuts and other Tree Nuts.
