Our protein balls are predominantly made with dates, nuts, fruits and essences and our
granola is a blend of complex carbs, like rice flakes or oats, nuts, seeds and a little
bit of rice malt syrup to bind these ingredients. So, the carb/sugar content in our products
stems from the dates and rice malt syrup, with no refined sugar added to our products.
These are natural sugars, so they have a lower glycaemic index meaning they don’t cause
the spike in our blood sugar levels and the associated sugar crash, cravings, hunger and
fatigue that refined sugars create. Plus, there’s lots of protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals
in our products, so they are a much healthier option than sugar loaded breakfast cereals,
