Yes, they are! We use a vegan protein powder combining pea, rice and fava bean so there’s no diary or soy either.

Our standard Granola range is vegan and all the other frees except it is not gluten free as it contains oats, however, because we custom make to order, we can tailor your granola and produce it in a gluten free version using rice flakes!

Whilst our standard range of protein balls and granola are not nut free, because we make to order, we can customise your products to be nut free if you wish. Just get in touch via our contact page to customise your order!

Absolutely!

Our protein balls are predominantly made with dates, nuts, fruits and essences and our granola is a blend of complex carbs, like rice flakes or oats, nuts, seeds and a little bit of rice malt syrup to bind these ingredients. So, the carb/sugar content in our products stems from the dates and rice malt syrup, with no refined sugar added to our products. These are natural sugars, so they have a lower glycaemic index meaning they don’t cause the spike in our blood sugar levels and the associated sugar crash, cravings, hunger and fatigue that refined sugars create. Plus, there’s lots of protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals in our products, so they are a much healthier option than sugar loaded breakfast cereals, cookies, croissants, slices or muffins! At least 3 months from the date they were made when refrigerated, and approximately 1 month if left at room temperature (ambient). You can also freeze them for up to 6 months and eat them straight from the freezer as they don’t go super hard when frozen. And given our products are made fresh to order, we recommend our customers use a delivery address where the products can be received in person to preserve their quality.

Given we do not add any preservatives or additives to prolong its shelf-life, we like to say approximately 3 months from the date it is made in order to ensure it is super crunchy and fresh, although it can last longer if stored appropriately. Yep! We are Australian made and owned and our products are produced locally in Melbourne. We also try to source most of our ingredients from Australia, however due to the difficulties of finding commercial quantities locally we do source some ingredients overseas but only from quality suppliers,

We will send you all the details and then if you want to proceed you can simply log in to our website and place your order. It’s super easy! And there are no minimum order quantities on granola and protein ball multipacks. Plus, we offer free delivery within a 5km radius of our Headquarters in Strathmore!

For our retail customers, you can simply order 1 x 6 pack of any flavour protein ball or 1 x 500g pouch of granola and that’s it! But who would want to stop there once you taste our products.

The same applies for wholesale customers, with the exception of Single Grab & Go Pouches which are only available at wholesale with a minimum of 6 single pouches per flavour. If you are a wholesale customer interested in this option, get in touch with us to learn more.

Because we like to keep our products as fresh as possible, we make quantities according to demand, so we will usually arrange dispatch of your products within 1-2 working days of submitting your Order. As with all food products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on change of mind orders.
